Vegan Pancakes – 4 Ingredients
Our go to recipe for Vegan Pancakes – a perfect plant-based start to the week! This recipe may vary a bit depending on the size, and ingredients you add on! But our ingredients list is short and sweet so you can get breakfast on the table fast!
There are no added sugars, artificial sweeteners, flavourings or fillers in our recipes.
HERE IS THE RECIPE;
For vegans
◾️ 150g Gluten Free Pancake Mix
◾️ 2.5 tsp Baking Powder
◾️ 200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk or any plant-based milk
◾️ 1 Summer Bae sachet
For non vegans you may try as below;
◾️ 150g Gluten Free Pancake Mix
◾️ 2.5 tsp Baking Powder
◾️ 3 eggs
◾️ 1 Summer Bae sachet
1) Mix all the ingredients together into a smooth batter, starting with the dry and adding the milk last.
2) Add a portion of the mixture to a non-stick pan on a low-medium heat.
3) Flip over once golden.
Serving Suggestion: Top with optional blueberries or strawberries or your fav maple syrup to complete your pancake dreams.
